Mr. Campo is a seasoned healthcare executive with over 25+ years of experience. His correctional healthcare experience began at the inception of Armor in 2004. As Armor’s CEO, Mr. Campo has championed a new era of healthcare delivery using innovative clinical strategies and data analytics to optimize positive outcomes for correctional patients. Mr. Campo is well known for his ability to grow companies successfully and throughout his career has worked for both private equity firms as well as private companies. He also has experience with Medicare Advantage global risk contracting, home healthcare, and hospitalist groups. Prior to joining Armor, Mr. Campo was president of MCCI Group Holdings, a $1.5 billion global-risk provider to large health plans throughout the United States. In that role, he was responsible for the strategic and operational execution of the organization, which assumed full risk for the healthcare delivery solutions to Medicare Advantage health plans. The company was sold to Humana in 2016. He was an Executive Partner with Comvest Partners on its healthcare investment team. Comvest is a private equity firm with $4 billion of assets under management. He was Executive Chairman and CEO of AxisPoint Health, a complex care management company that operates across 24 states. Mr. Campo held both the position of Chief Executive Officer and then Executive Chairman at IMC Health, a Florida based Medicare Advantage provider. He was also the Chairman of D&S Community Services, a behavioral health provider based in Texas. Mr. Campo received his Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting and an MBA from the University of Miami.
Mr.Fernandez began his career at Armor in 2011. He is responsible for the company’s financial operations, as well as its data analytics and predictive modeling. His unique operations and financial background allows Armor to run efficiently and position itself for future success. He is also responsible for the data analytics to help track individual practitioner performance and identify people at risk for chronic diseases. This helps Armor allocate resources in order to provide quality patient care. Mr. Fernandez holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Florida International University and a master’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance, from Nova Southeastern University.

Dr. Fernandez leads strategic initiatives across clinical operations and is charged with bringing evidenced based strategies and protocols to the correctional clinical setting to improve the outcome of patient care. Prior to joining Armor, Dr. Fernandez was President for the Texas market and Chief Medical Director at Conviva, a wholly owned Humana subsidiary. In this role he was responsible for the oversight of clinical services and their outcomes throughout the expansion market. He worked extensively with clinical data analytics and predictive modeling in order to guide clinical interventions that are best-in class for the best outcomes. Previously, Dr. Fernandez was Chief Medical Officer for MCCI Group’s Texas market. In this role he managed risk contracts with multiple health plans for a large Medicare Advantage population. He has also worked as a hospitalist in multiple institutions throughout the United States.

Dr. Palraj is a nationally-renowned infectious disease specialist. Along with his role as the correctional healthcare industry’s first-ever Chief Infection Prevention Officer, Dr. Palraj is a member of the Infection Control Specialty Council, Infectious Diseases Specialty Council, and Antimicrobial Stewardship Committee for the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. He also serves as an assistant professor of medicine at the Mayo Clinic College of Medicine.

Kristine Campo

Timothy Dion comes to Armor as a seasoned technology executive (CIO, CTO, COO) with over 30 years of successful achievements in healthcare, biotechnology, insurance, retail, and financial services organizations.

 

Most recently, Tim was the Senior Product and Strategy Owner at Ultimate Software, a multinational technology company that developed a cloud-based human capital management software system for businesses.

 

Dion was also the Chief Technology Officer and Managing Director at Phase One, a professional services firm focused on supporting the federal government with enterprise architecture and implementation services. Dion served as the strategic technical advisor to 22 Federal agency CIO’s and IT executives, and as Managing Director for the company’s healthcare division.

Kristine has been dedicated to a career in human resources as she believes in people and their potential. She fosters an engaging and collaborative workforce where employees have the ability and platform to develop in ways that improve both their work and personal lives.

 

Kristine brings over 20 years in the healthcare industry with a focus on high growth, multi-state organizations. She has been instrumental in integrating human resources initiatives into the strategic goals of the organizations she has served. Kristine has established a vision and direction for the full complement of core human capital programs including talent acquisition, employee engagement, organizational design, workforce learning and development and compensation and benefits. Her passion in growing and building strong human resources teams and programs has helped drive cultural change and has guided organizational effectiveness.

 

Kristine earned her degree in Business Administration from Florida State University and a has a master’s degree in human resources management from St. Thomas University.

Mariloly Muller

Ms. Muller is a healthcare professional, with over 20 years’ experience in the Correctional and Medicare Advantage sector. Ms. Muller is responsible for managing all hospital inpatient interventions, all offsite specialty services and onsite medical care provided in the infirmaries at Armor's facilities. Previously, Ms. Muller was a Senior Executive at MCCI Group Holdings, which was a Medicare Advantage risk provider delivering services to over 250,000 patients. In this role, she was responsible for all the utilization and quality compliance programs for a staff of over 3,000 physicians, nurses, and other administrative personnel. Ms. Muller began her career at Jackson Memorial Hospital as a registered nurse in the emergency and surgery unit. She is certified in healthcare compliance and risk management emphasizing methods to improve the efficiency and quality of medical services that are necessary in delivering care to ensure patient satisfaction and improved health.
Ms. Goehring was part of the original team that started Armor Correctional Health Services in 2004 with the goal of bringing community healthcare standards into prisons and jails. She was with the company until 2015 and rejoined us in 2019. As a registered nurse with more than 30 years in the healthcare field, Ms. Goehring also has more than 20 years of experience in correctional health services management. She has served as a Commissioner for the American Correctional Association's Commission on Accreditation, presented at multiple conferences for the National Commission on Correctional Health Care and the American Correctional Association, served as an expert consultant monitoring jail facility operations under Federal Consent Decree and Settlement Agreements with the United States Department of Justice and has experience in providing expert consultation and testimony in correctional healthcare litigation cases. She has a broad scope of experience and is a valuable resource as we focus on our immediate goal of providing extraordinary and cost-efficient services to the jails and prisons we serve.

Lissette Perez

Santhia joined the Armor family in September 2018.  She has practiced law for over 28 years with both private practice and in-house experience. She is a proven business leader with extensive legal, compliance and corporate governance expertise.  Since 1996 she has served in the C-suite of each of her in-house clients and has held progressive legal, business and board leadership positions across multiple industries including healthcare service and medical education.

 

Immediately prior to joining Armor Santhia was general counsel and chief operating officer of a high net-worth family’s diversified holding company where she  managed the investment portfolio for domestic and international opportunities   She has served on the boards of start-ups in varied industries including oil and gas and healthcare services.

 

Santhia has been General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Morehouse School of Medicine in Atlanta, Ga where she focused much of her time working to address healthcare disparities for the underserved. Santhia also served as Deputy General Counsel for the Social Security Administration, and General Counsel for an international telecommunications company, and an international financial services company.

Ms. Perez has over 35 years of Accounting and Finance experience. Her career began in banking in 1982 where she worked with Citibank for 15 years. In 1997, she joined the healthcare industry as a senior accountant for Jackson Memorial Hospital Public Trust Clinics. Shortly after, she joined the Medical Care Consortium team as the Director of Finance. In 2004, she took on the leadership role overseeing the Finance department in the startup of Armor Health. Ms. Perez is currently the Senior Vice President of Finance and Director of Miami Operations, overseeing responsibility for the company’s financial operations including Financial and Operational Accounting, Corporate Finance, Treasury, Tax, and corporate office operations. Her enthusiasm, passion and attention to detail make her a valued member of the senior leadership team.
