When we make an arrangement with a customer, supplier, or charity we will meet our obligations without deterring from the agreed upon path. Should circumstances arise beyond our control, whether it is a time delay, quality issue, or natural disaster, we will seek a mutually-acceptable resolution with all parties involved immediately upon the presentation of the situation.
