Mr. Simmons has an outstanding background in the medical supply and related industry for over twenty years, with experience at large public companies and small private companies. Prior to founding Armor Healthcare, Bob was President and CEO of SMS, Inc. where for six years he was responsible for business operations. Prior to SMS, Inc., he worked in key management roles with American Health Products Corp, Viaticus Inc. (subsidiary of CNA Financial Corporation), Healthcare Research Systems initiating his career with American Hospital Supply Corporation and Baxter.
Bob's Board experience includes Public, Private, For-Profit and Non-Profit organizations.
Bob is an accomplished executive who has led several companies' strategic positioning and overall profitability through acquisitions and sound revenue producing, multi-tier strategies and who is imminently qualified to lead Armor Healthcare both in its formative years and long term.

Mr. Martin’s extensive industry work history includes senior management positions at American Health Products Corp., providing barrier protection solutions to the healthcare, food service and industrial markets; WRP USA, a division of Malaysia's number one private label glove manufacturer; Sage Products Inc./BioSafety Systems Inc., a Medical Device manufacturer which purchased BioSafety. BioSafety was a San Diego based healthcare safety company selling personal protection products. As a co-founder of Armor, Brian’s main focus is the sales and customer service side of the business. He will also be heavily involved as the liaison with manufacturers to coordinate the operations and supply chain functions.

Mr. Saari is an experienced, entrepreneurial, strategic, results focused, business leader. Mr. Saari brings executive leadership and the ability to engineer creative solutions to build out a company’s sales and marketing channels. He leads with the belief that a company culture, built on a foundation of trust, resourcefulness and accountability is the most consistent driver of business success.
Pete brings eighteen years of leadership experience, most recently CEO of Rock Island Holdings, LLC prior to that President with DiscBurn LLC. Pete brings with him a solid foundation in sales and marketing vision. He provides Armor Healthcare the senior level talent needed to build out a professional, relational; solution focused sales and marketing team.
Pete is very active on local boards, professional industry associations and community activities including, CEO Roundtable, Big Brothers – Big Sisters, Great Plains Institute for Renewable Energy and International Association of Business Communicators.

Ms. Slater graduated from the University of Illinois with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. She has worked with both Mr. Simmons and Mr. Martin at American Health Products Corp. Since then she has earned a Master’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management from Morris Graduate School of Management. Brittany brings a strong understanding of the medical marketplace and a strong marketing background.
